These terms govern the use of Bebiario, provided by GOLDEN GRIFFIN SL (NIF B24958365, Calle Lepant 270, planta 0, puerta BJ, 08013 Barcelona), a company incorporated under Spanish law with registered office in Barcelona (Spain). By using the app you accept them: do read them, they are short.
The service
Bebiario is a web app (PWA) for keeping your baby's diary: everyday events (feeds, nappies, sleep), growth, health with photos, voice notes, sharing with the family and with caregivers, summaries and reminders. Some features rely on external services (voice transcription, AI summaries, Alexa, Drive backup) and may not be available at all times.
Plans and prices
Bebiario has a free plan and a Premium plan (monthly, annual or lifetime). Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the bebiario.app home page. You can change plan or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for what you log. By creating a baby profile you declare that you are the baby's parent or legal guardian and therefore have the right to record their data, including health information. You can delete the account, with all its data, from the settings.
Not a medical device
Bebiario is not a medical device and does not replace your paediatrician's advice.
Predictions, trends, alerts and summaries are statistical calculations or automatically generated texts based on what you log: they are there to orient you, not to make a diagnosis. For any doubt about your baby's health talk to your paediatrician; in an emergency call the emergency services.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the date at the bottom shows the last revision. Substantial changes will be announced in the app with reasonable notice: by continuing to use Bebiario after they take effect, you accept them.
